Trees down around east gosford (probably everywhere). One landed on a driving car yesterday near our place trapping two people

Pretty happy I bought my camping gear For the OLT earlier this year, the lantern and gas burner are being used quite a bit and the tarp I took is covering the hole in the roof, hahaha!

Ooooh stay safe. I didn't realise you were that close to the waters edge. Fingers crossed this low starts to move along tonight.

The weather has made me think of my next shelter im planning on making. I want it to keep me warm and dry in this wind and rain!

Grateful my friend's house stayed intact. :D We did wonder re the roof and windows for a while. Quite strange seeing white caps on the lawn. Still waiting for the power to come back on - rumour has it that it might not be till next week.

The only time I've experienced wind like that was on Mt Rufus. And fortunately it didn't come with torrential rain that day.
