Crowd Funding

Postby Giddy_up » Mon 25 Jul, 2016 6:25 pm

Hi all, do we have any crowd funding specialists in our ranks.

PM me if you know how as I have a project I would like to see if I can get sorted this way.

Cheers

look up various crowd funding websites...also it would be best if you gave a detailed explanation of your idea first

I've been directly or indirectly involved with a few. Lots of variables involved...can pm if you want to chat.

Not directly involved, but if you do podcasts, look up a show called "After things" its an off-shoot of three guys who are all self employed or working to that end, between them they've done a few different crowd-funding campaigns, for different things (games, books, etc) and lots about self promotion (two are former touring magicians) and who are also familiar with the way the internet does things.

I have thoughts, ideas, but will be off-line for the next month, so maybe when september hits if you want another perspective just chuck a note at me.

I've worked on a number of successful crowdfunding campaigns, including Sonya Muhlsimmer's campaign for her book, Xtreme Gourmet. Happy to have a chat.
