shark 2 |ʃɑːk|
noun informal
1 a person who unscrupulously exploits or swindles others:

Shark cull needed now, say “others”.

A good place to start would be the managerial offices of the Daily Telegraph.

The recent increase in shark attacks does raise he question of why? - Environmental (climate) change leading to loss of normal food stocks, change in ocean currents???

Perhaps we could start a movement to promote surfing using a tag like Surf RIght! Exclusive membership for people like Alan Jones, Tony Abbott, Barnaby, Canavan etc.
