Giveaway MacPac Minaret

Postby johnrs » Thu 20 Jul, 2017 1:43 pm

Hi Folks
This is an old model Minaret that is fully usable and waterproof
but perished by the sun so that I no longer use it on extended or exposed trips.
So its fine for local stuff like the Blue Mtns
and being the old model its the old weight, 2.8 kg.
Complete minus pegs, it served me well for many years.
Replaced it with a WE Second Arrow.
so happy to see it to go somewhere where it might get some use??
Maybe a kids tent or a first bushwalking tent???
Northern Sydney (Hornsby) or pay for post.

Would it be any good for using in Tasmania? or is it too far gone for our weather?

I have the Macpac version I still use for hot weather walking; not that I do much summer walking anymore plus a few others and that is too many dinosaurs already
