Would anybody like a size Large Howard Green / Woolly pully?
I've inherited a couple from my brother and he was a size smaller than I
Ditto with one overdyed to deep brown
Ditto with one of the old style worsted jumpers in khaki
It would not feel right selling these on ebay or giving them to an Op-Shop

I have too many sleeping bags here and I am not using them this year.
If anybody needs a childs bag suitable for very cold weather there is one here for loan/borrow
I cut down a PIF to 1500mm, gave it a good wash and Nixwax treatment and it is just sitting here in the stash looking lonely.
Good loft and not really too heavy after cutting it in half.
Pick-up or pay postage each way I think

I have a Camelbak 2L bladder that I have never used and has sat in a drawer for about 5 years (I believe it came from a hydration pack I bought but ended up using an existing larger bladder with).

Pickup from Coorparoo in Brisbane - I will be up on the Sunny Coast at some stage during the week so pickup from Noosa is a possibility also.

EDIT: Camelbak bladder now has a new home ... no longer available.

Hey Iseries92,
I'd love that camelbak, any chance you'd consider posting it? I'll pay postage of course.

Tadpole #2 is growing out of everything.
I will have some stuff ready to pass on by the end of the week-end
There will be a mix of stuff from Rays. ALDI and Kathmandu in sizes 4 to 8
I'd really like everything to go to one address if possible to keep postage costs down
Pictures after we sort through all his cupboards and drawers
As part of the same problem we are looking for cool to cold weather boys wear for next winter, he is 5YO soon to be 6YO and at the "Big boys school" and he needs size 10 to size 12

I have a number of things that need new homes:

* A micro-fibre towel
* Cape Rain Pants (Size is XXL)
* Several dry bags - These are some "el cheapo" ones I bought off eBay some years ago to use to protect gear in my non-waterproof motorcycle bags. They are around 10L in size.

Available for pickup from Coorparoo, Brisbane.

FairyDown Duo Two person tent
Minus alloy pole.
I paid $50- plus postage for this here a while ago. I am keeping the single central pole as it is a similar size as one of my other tents that had a broken section.
Yours for free if you pay postage.
Apart from the normal fading it is in good condition I will chuck in some fibreglass wand sections and a couple of pin & ring fittings so it can be used for car camping
$25 to $30- should cover postage
I'd keep it for the ute but I am too tall for this type of tent in this size

Re: Pay It Forward?? Beginners CC skis

Postby Moondog55 » Wed 14 Mar, 2018 2:21 pm

I have a pair of old Karhu skis here set up with cable bindings for a smaller [ Youth or female] foot.
You could buy new cables from Voile tho
Very soft after all the years I spent skiing on them but good for starting out. Need 75mm NN duckbill boots naturally but the binding is a good one and the heel piece can take climbing wires
Karhu Lookout, 188cm but now so soft they would suit almost anybody over 65kilos of 170 tall.
Waxless, metal edges and decent sidecut for easier turning
Pick-up only as not worth the cost of posting

Having bought a Cobra Butane adapter from Mark to convert my old Kovea stove to remote use the bits I bought to do the same job are now surplus. There will be a bit of cutting and pasting needed and I don't think much of the Chinese adapter itself but yours for postage cost if anybody wants the stuff. Folding base plus adapter Spare hose with a screw cap for standard canisters and a Chinese can to can transfer unit that works but I don't know how reliable it will be in the long run. I ordered it as a stopgap when I mislaid my G-Works unit
Pick-up in Norlane Geelong I can post if you are willing to pay the 500G satchel
