Here's what I'm planning to make with the Tyvek. These are a trial run of chook food bag material and they turned out pretty well. Elastic on the bottom and mid height, drawstring shock cord at the top and velcro up the seam. I've got some big press studs to close the opening at the bottom a bit better and I just sewed webbing under the boot. If the Tyvek works out I'll be onto a cheap effective gaiter for the kids and as Lady MacGuyver says I won't lose them easily -they'll crinkle their way over hill and down dale :)

Hi there - I am keen to get my hands on about 5 metres of Tyvek if there is still some available. Do you also have any of the self adhesive loops or eyelets used for securing the groundsheet? I wanted to put some toggles on the tyvek and leave it connected to the underside of my tents?
