Well now engaging in my first customer service experience with Massdrop, my experience to date (receiving a stock reply requesting a photo or video which will not show my problem any better than the detailed explanation already provided [1]) is not very encouraging. I will wait to see how this pans out before dealing any further with Massdrop I think.Andrew
