i bought a few kero lanterns ready for an xmas trip. i decided to try citronella oil as the bottle says it keeps the mozzies away.
i have to identical lanterns, one with kero and one with the citro. the citro one will burn through the wick 10 times faster than the kero one.
have others noticed this? or is it my imagination.
since the citro burns so fast, why would people use it?
