TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Big Agnes Scout thoughts required please

Just checking if anybody has any experience and thoughts on this tent https://www.wildearth.com.au/buy/big-agnes-scout-ultralight-retro-2-person-hiking-t/ts213 as I am after a fairly lightweight tent with plenty of room for one person plus gear that uses trekking poles for around this budget.I have a bit of a concern regarding condensation as one review I read mentioned it.
A mate does have a zpacks duplex which is excellent but is a bit out of my budget.
Any other suggestions appreciated

Saw reference to it on reddit UL just recently re much condensation. What was not clear was whether the people using it exacerbated the condensation or it was the configuration. Put "tent name and condensation" after it see what comes up. A bloke on Reddit ul says he was about to walk the Te Araroa over several months with it. Search Reddit ul too. Cheers

Or this
https://www.rays.com.au/outrak-jolt-ul- ... 40746.html
Rays seem to be consolidating and getting some brands moving as they prepare to becomes Rays Macpac
That cheap Outrak tent would have been considered State of the Art just a decade ago and is quite well made, at least as well finished as my last Macpac Minaret, a little short if over 182 tall is all
Some real bargains around at the moment if you shop around
