I'll be able to tell you soon if there's spam involved.

Preface this by saying I have no affiliation with the user or her book.

The book is legit. Unless you were labeling it spam given it was her one and only post?

Yes and also because her first and only post is basically an online advertising exercise in crowd funding... Rules 2 & 5 apply here.

Bought Sonya’s book 12 months ago and had a quick read, To be honest, I was a bit disappointed as there were no meat dehy recipes in the book and I consequently left it to gather dust on the coffee table.

My wife and I had recently decided to cut down on meat in our diet. Looking for alternative recipes, I revisited Sonya’s work. With a trip to Carnarvon Gorge coming up, I decided to use her book for the trip. It was a big risk, as I was a dyed in the wool supporter of dehy spag bol/chilli CC/curry/shepherds pie etc etc.

The preparation of a week’s worth of Sonya’s meals was an effort, as it was something I was just not familiar with. But at the end of the process, I had 4.5 kgs of hopefully delicious meals, for a 6 day trip.

All I can say is WOW.

The meals take a little more gas to cook, but most are ready to serve in 20 minutes.

The recipes produce some delicious, nutritious and healthy meals. My personal faves are cous cous and tuna for lunch, awesome dinners including Laksa, creamy mushroom and rice (with salmon) and risotto.

I felt healthier, less bloated after dinner and more than satisfid with the meals.

Sandra gives nutritional information for every recipe, which makes menu planing so much easier,

The book is well worth checking out.

Thanks Sonya,
