I'm actually surprised that nobody has done these or anything like them before.
Might be a bit of a nice change from jerky or biltong

Along the same lines, i was intrigued when this recipe came past my inbox a couple of weeks ago.
Looks like the kind of thing I could eat dry with a spoon out of a ziplock
