I wonder if this works for dropbears- seeing as dropbears fall out of trees I think not!

Yes perhaps this seems like a silly item to post here in the land of dropbears, but for anyone heading OS to bear territory, it may be helpful to see that Zpacks has a deal on massdrop on their DCF bear bagging kit.

Dyneema Composite fiber/ DCF/ cuben 14 litre bag. I'd be tempted just to get it as a foodbag, but at the moment I am using OPSacks. Plus there's 50 feet of Dyneema Z-line slick cord and a little dcf rock sack and a little biner. All up 96gms.

It's only a 10% discount but the shipping is almost 50% cheaper...
It's $45 usd plus $10.50 to ship to Australia.

You can buy a DCF copy of the same bag from australia at https://ultralighthiker.com.au. They have just opened and have a selection of dyneema DCF food bags, stuff sacks and roll top dry bags. The food bags start at around $55
