I was thinking about heading out to South East Cape in mid-March of this year while I am in the area. I have read the blog posted by tonyw180 which gives some general advice on the route.

Has anyone been down there lately that could advise how well marked (or otherwise) the route is now days? By the sounds of it I should plan to do this at low tide - does anyone else have other tips about locating the turn off and the "track" itself that would be useful?
