I'm curious as to whether it is the current Director or the one/s trying to push the development through.

The scramble up from Malbena onto the plains was quite steep and scrubby, and I would use a different route at the North end, approaching Meston, as that was quite scrubby too. But most of the plains was open and easy walking. Lot's more information on the conditions we encountered are also included in that thread.
