Walking the SCT alone

I'm partial to doing long distance walks alone and was thinking of the SCT. However I see that there are two water crossings that involve boats, presumably moored at either side. How feasible is it for a solitary hiker to do this?

There is only one boat crossing on the SCT the other is on the Port Davey Track at the Narrows.
Just row across get the other boat, tow it back then leave one on the side you arrived at, and then just row back. The only hassle by yourself would be is if you are not very strong as you need to drag the boats a fair way up the bank.
