Come to Cradle!

Postby Joel » Fri 11 Jul, 2008 8:10 pm

Had a great dump of snow up here last night about waist deep above 1200m. All you cross county skiers and snow shoers, come on up. Spent all afternoon tobogganing with kids near Waldheim and a morning walk to Marions. Does not get any better than this. I think it's the deepest I've seen for a while!

I wish I could Frank but I have no internet access at home (or tv, or radio) and there's only so much my boss will let me get away with on the work computer.

I've got a few pictures (about 700) from Friday the 11th, but I'll have to wait until I get broadband hooked up before I can post some. Man it was amazing up there! Crappy drive though- 28 kilometres with chains on- not fun at all.
