Multi-day / multi-week hikes USA February

G'day folks,

We have the opportunity to spend February in the USA and would like to spend a big part of it hiking. Unfortunately it will be winter and while we don't mind hiking in the cold, we have no experience with hiking in the snow.

There seems to be lots of day hikes but struggling to find information on longer hikes. Is anyone able to suggest multi-day and multi-week hikes that have a reduced potential of snow?

Thanks gurus

Florida has the best weather that time of the year, maybe sections of the Florida Trail?
Or, southern sections of the PCT, Appalachian or John Muir trail?
South Utah (Canyonlands and Moab area) or in Arizona the Canyonlands / rim walk.
My preferred option for that time of the year: Flight from the west coast to Hawaii :-)

Just noticed another two options: Arizona trail and the southern part of the Continental Divide Trail
