Yes Last Ushuaia will do.
I'm climbing up on to the plateau that leads to Paso Virginia on the Dientes De Navarino circuit on Ilsa Navarino in Chile.
The view is across the Beagle Channel to Ushuaia in Argentina.

Correct John. An area I didn't spend nearly enough time in. Lots of good walking. Train ride was fun/speccy too. I recommend railcowgirl's youtube channel if you want to see the area from a train drivers view.

Thanks Last, I love a scenic train journey.
Staying with the rail theme, more tourist than walking but this region also has some good hiking.

I'm not sure about that Greg :). But if you cross from the mythical island of Sodor to nearby Barrow-in-Furness then head east for maybe 100 km or so you will be close.

You have me stumped John, in the G family archives I have a picture of an identical brake van with the same TTE artwork in the end but the problem is I took it at Levisham - clearly your location is not Levisham - so I am no closer I'm afraid.

‘Ey up Greg, there's a large, well known, national park immediately to my north.
This heritage steam railway is named after the stations at either end.
One of them could be inhabited by persons of religious persuasion. This is the other one.
The big spoil heaps are possibly associated with those who worked da’n pit.
Ta’ra for now.

Different NP. I'm a fair distance WSW of there.

I can't remember as it was so long ago but looks like an open pit there, maybe a quarry.

Due to a IT failure, well, actually, a brain failure, I can't resize my pictures at the moment. Last, you had the next closest answer so do you want to have the next turn while I figure out my file size problem?

Last, mate, this is proving difficult judging by the paucity of entries. So let me make a few assumptions here: first up, this is taken from your yacht, right? At a guess I would say it is a 57' Beneteau. Next, this island was in a James Bond movie I think, in fact I have a suspicion that it was in most, if not all, James Bond Movies. Was there a Lektor machine involved somehow in this walk/voyage/climb? I am only guessing, throw me a lifeline!

I know nothing about a James Bond connection, that's an area I know nothing about. The skyline has some interesting shapes. I have used an image of this landform before.
