Yes! It was grwat to be the first to plough my way up there. I reckon 15cm of fresh snow, drifts over a foot in places. Legs are still stiff today after using little used muscles. Fun :)

Can't find a fogbow atm, so will just stick to the ploughing through fresh snow theme.

That's it, bz. And it wasn't exactly surprising to get down to the carpark and find a sign saying the Face Track was closed. Pity they didn't have one at the other end of it . . .

I actually forget which ones are Branigan :oops:, but definitely Waterfall Valley. Very glad I had my microspikes for that walk!

It looks Central Plateauish, but I can't recall markers like that on any of the walks I've done there. Can't make peaks and lakes fit anything either.
