Looks like the side of Western Bluff. Somewhere on the Tiers anyway, but that looks like Fisher in the back.

I can see the spur I used to climb that thing. That's Mary, and you are in hell, aka IMP Ridge, aka the route from Mary Creek Plains to the Franklin River. If I need to be more precise, I'd say a bit below and south of the first high point on the ridge.
