Not quite that high up but close enough. This was taken just before the last scrub band on the way up from Byron Gap.

Oops! Been that way twice in the last few months. Didn't see those rock formations. I can be notoriously unobservant. (The memory can be pretty dodgy too!) Out of interest, was it somewhere near this flat open lookout spot? Maybe more around to the north? (We started up the pad, then bashed through scoparia.) Am I going nuts??

Id say it is pretty close to that spot. From memory it was just after the first part of forest that had a few tapes/cairns. From there on it was mostly scoparia.
