Eggs mentioned the correct mountain in picture in his answer, but was wrong about which mountain I was standing on. I guess i'll add that this peak is the most popular one in the Hazards to climb.

Correct NNW.
My mistake was that he is not on the top - which is in the photo - but off on the western edge of the flattish top of Amos.
I assumed a big drop was hidden when it is all just a small dip between the rock outcrops.

That was a fun trip. Especially stuffing up the return from Perrins. Although better weather for Pelion West would have been nice. Still have to go back again to get the views up there.

Past Conical, although it depends on the direction you're walking. Yep, that'll do.
It was glorious weather for three days. Three and a half, really. For the Abels, anyway. Made up for all the rain and fog on days 2 through 4.

Didn't have much interest in going to Tassie but after following this thread for a while I totally get it. The place is awesome. It's like a fantasy land for hikers!
