Correct NNW, Wylds Craig is in there too. Could be wrong but I think Frenchmans Cap can be seen slightly to the left of Lanes Peak way off in the distance.

Had to zoom right in to realise that was the Denisons. Nice conditions.

From memory, I lost a water bottle bum-sliding back down this patch of snow. But what was I climbing on this cold, grey day?

Funny, it did the exact opposite for me, the first four times. Somewhere between beautiful and reasonable until hitting the top, when the clouds descended, the wind blew up and I had to scarper quick smart.
