That guess was both quick (made in 3 minutes) and 100% correct. A lovely spot

Thanks beardless. It sure is a lovely spot and one I know fairly well. Sticking with the water theme. I imagine this one to be guessed fairly fast too. Also a lovely spot!

Is this in WOJ? Solomons Jewels?

Not Solomon’s jewels sorry.

Lake Ball

That’s it. An amazing peaceful place and a really pretty walk around the shoreline.

Thanks devoswitch, it helped that I've been there and recognised that spot. Yes it is very pretty there and all through the WOJ.
Will have to return one day.
Next is a phone shot I took over the Xmas break:
- Slightly obscured view from the vicinity of Humboldt Divide, off Gordon River Rd, between Mt Tim Shea and The Needles, SWWHA via Maydena

Not Sprent Mark. Unfortunately my attempt on it didn't go to plan. Due to some logistical issues I arrived very late and was so slow getting up the initial steep bit had to abandon the idea and come back down. Then I drove back out that way a couple of days later to walk the Sawback Range track but the Gell River fire had taken hold and they'd closed it, as well as Timbs track which was my back up plan. At least I now know what I'm dealing with on Sprent to be better prepared next time.

I'm in the southwest but not Anne/Celtic hill either (or anything in that vicinity). I'm not on an actual walk but just sussing out whether a pad exists to a peak to my right. I'm maybe a couple of hundred metres from the start of a popular short walk that I've done previously.

Tim Shea?

That's close enough Last. I'm in some button grass etc off the Gordon River Rd, at the high point just across from the Needles track.
I was sussing out a possible route from there up Tim Shea, which is off to my right. The original wider shot would have been a give away.

Looks like central plateau, maybe Wild Dog?
Sun 27 Jan, 2019 5:57 pm
That''s the trouble with the CP, so many of those creeks look similar. There's one between Rats Castle and the approach from the Augusta Rd that looks just like that.
Sun 27 Jan, 2019 6:11 pm
Not the central plateau. The name of this place is Scottish related.
Sun 27 Jan, 2019 6:34 pm
In that case it is Ben Nevis?
Mon 28 Jan, 2019 6:35 am
Yep, Ben Nevis it is.

Thanks, next one.

Mesa?
Given the line over Bisdee to VC, it would have to be that, The Calf or Esperance (I think).

Esperance is correct NNW. A fantastic view in all directions from there.

I still have to do that one. Hope there's still something green left down there when I make it.
Damn, I don't have anything ready. Just a sec . . .
. . . OK, here's one that should be fairly easy.
