Yes Stef. Twynam it is, on the way up via the Crummer Spur.
It's a few years ago and I've forgotten the exact spot, though probably not hard to find.

Thanks John, It was a wild guess. There are a few similar looking quartz veins in that area.

NSW. Should be easy

Cooinbil hut? Hazy memories whether I've called in there on the way to Blue Waterholes, maybe years ago.

Cooinbil it is John. Worth a visit in winter when no one is around. All yours.

Looking at Guougoang (being the most distant peak visible) from near the bottom of Bullagowar ridge (being the ridge in the middle right)?

Clue time.... Guougoang is probably about a day's walk from here, but coming from a different direction

I'm guessing it's the Jenolan River (Harrys River) based on that clue. There's some similar cliffs at the lower end not far from the Coxs, but I can't put my finger on precisely where you are. Maybe somewhere near Scrubbers Hump?

Okay, another one from NSW. What's the name of the creek running below this escarpment.

Yes, right area. They were the photos I had closest to hand. It's also why I want to know the name of the creek. Just the area is too easy.
