Yes, we visited all four view points on a ~12km circuit of sorts. Tallowa Dam is off to my right.

I should have mentioned that I did this walk ~15 years ago - current status is unclear.
We drove through Kangaroo Valley last week on the way back from a south coast holiday and the surrounding area is impacted by the fires.

There are still a few places that haven't been taken out by the fires, NSW Australia Day 2020

No but you are in the right National Park. There wasn't much open due to the fires.

Drift Hill is correct.

The whole area around Drift Hill, Moonbah, Paddy Rush's Bogong and Brindle Bull Peak is stunning and really open enjoyable walking. I highly recommend it.
