Well done, johnw! Technically, I'm not certain that the Bendoura Range runs quite as far south as these photos, but clearly you have worked out where this is.

The high point in the first photo is Wyanbene Caves Mountain, and the second photo is the entrance to Wyanbene Cave, both of which are roughly 10km south of Big Hole. Beyond the ridge is the steep descent to the Deua River, within the Deua NP.

Thanks ribuck, you are very generous. I think it is actually becomes the Minuma Range by that point from what I can see on the map. Anyway it was a team effort with a number of useful contributions.
I've yet to visit that area. Had tentative plans to do so late January while staying at Tuross but circumstances/fires ruled it out.

I thought this one might have gone quickly. I'm a quite long way north of ribuck's previous photo.

I paddled the Shoalhaven between Oallen and Burrier a few times, back in the day, bits of it were were pretty lazy and other bits extremely hairy, your picture looks like the former. I have to guess because I don't recognise it so I will say somewhere downstream of Tallowa, I'll go for a bit downstream of Yalwal.

Perhaps it's the Shoalhaven near the Little Horseshoe Bend, with Wineglass Tor either visible on the escarpment or just out of sight between the two escarpments.

Very broadly speaking you are both in the right general area, but It's neither of those locations.
This is a fair distance from either, but I am somewhere in between those two spots.

Closer but still a long way off. Ribuck's guess of Little Horseshoe Bend is much closer but he's still 13 km or so away as the crow flies, not as the river runs.
Three Mates Bluffs is about 21 km away using the same method. We walked down from the escarpment via one of the ridges in view then along the river a bit.

I have used up my wild guess so I will refrain, except to say it looks like a good exit point if you are paddling a kayak wrapped up in gaffer tape after wrapping it around a chunk of tree further up in the blockup. A long way up to the top too.

So are we looking at Badgerys Spur? I don't remember such prominent escarpment there though.

Yes that's it. I chose this photo as it seemed less typical of the location. This was from 2005 and I don't know how it looks since (and recent fires may have impacted). I can't remember our objective other than walking down the spur to the river, but we went downstream maybe 500m or so. I think that is roughly where I am standing and seems to line up with the topo. I think the far left escarpment would be at Rumsey Point and Badgerys Spur is running roughly centre of the photo. Yours again ribuck.

I'm guessing you're climbing out of a river or creek. Will start off with Bungonia?

A well known exit from a popular spot on a spectacular wild river. But I won't solve it because I don't have time to play this week.

It reminds me of climbing the exit from the Wollangambe One Canyon/Upper Tourist Section.

Thanks ribuck (again). The time I did Wollangambe One, with my son, he insisted we use full canyoning gear - wet suit, thermals, helmet, volleys, plus heavy rubberised cotton Li-los.
I'm surprised we didn't take climbing harnesses, rope etc as well! I'm sure there are times when that level of gear might be advisable, but this turned out to be an extremely warm summer day.
Floating down the canyon next to barefoot girls in skimpy bikinis on blow up pool animals I felt somewhat overdressed.
By the exit I was so hot I stripped down to jocks and jumped straight back in the Wollangambe to cool off!

The game seems to be turning into a two man NSW show.
This one is still in NSW but far enough south that it might entice Victorians and others:
