So you were off track when you took this - presumably going between the Fortress [and its upper cave campsite] and heading down towards Billywing Gorge and the Hole in the Wall, or maybe an alternative scrub bash to Thackery?
So being pedantic - this is probably a small feeder creek into Deep Creek near the headwaters.
The second major feature is probably Mt Thackery. The falls about 1km slightly north of east of the Fortress and about 2km south west from Thackery has 3 other waterfalls around it at your 1.5km mark and might be visible from the cave.
Your 3rd feature might be the Hole in the Wall, but close is a relative term.

What are we supposed to do - give lat. and long.?

+1 I've just about lost the will to live . This is a case where unless you've actually been there the chance of ever guessing such an obscure thing are very remote.

Eggs is correct. It's a small feeder creek running west into Deep Creek. The GR is 159713. The two features are The Fortress and The Arch. The waterfall is passed coming from the bluff about 700 metres to the west across Deep Creek. The waterfall is also passed going from The Fortess to The Arch. The third feature is Thackeray, horrible scrub between the waterfall and the summit.

There is nothing in the rules that says that a place must be named.

This says "Players ask questions to narrow down the choices." Questions have been answered. Knowing and guessing are different.

True but it also says:
"The Photo you post to the game should be a Panorama or panoramic scene with good detail and plenty of clues to help people work out what it is and then Where-It-IS."

As long as we get a similar amount of clarifying detail the next time I have a whinge about one of Loppy's photos, I can live with it.

Lopohophaps is here to remind us that life is not fair.
Generally I switch off for awhile when his obscure ones come up - complete with completely misdirecting answers.
And -John - in this case it is handy to have a map and have read some trip reports on the area - after others have done the hard work of whittling things down to a workable area.

That's close enough crollsurf. I think that's Anderson to my right looking toward the saddle 500m with Anton hidden around the corner. All yours.

Thanks WFBW. I couldn't work out the bluff though.
Another shot not too far from Sydney, NSW. The mountain in the background is pretty easy to pick so can you pick where I am when I took this shot?
