Mt Vic and Peirces Pass tracks open?

Looking at doing mt Vic to gross River
Is this open? And is it still badly affected by last year's fires?

Yes - tracks are now open, and I believe have been cleared.

Correct Dave. I did a trip in via Pierces Pass the weekend before last. Only went upstream a little beyond Crayfish Creek. All good to there and my companions assured me clear to Mt Vic.
Apparently that fire didn't burn very hot. The damage I noticed wasn't particularly severe, especially compared with the 2006 fire.
