Bushwalk Australia

I don't know if everyone knew this, but Ron Doughton, the man who wrote the excellent Bushwalking in the Budawangs passed away early last year.
At the time he died, he was working on another book on the Budawangs region, specifically about Little Forest Plateau, which he had already issued an earlier guide to. The Shoalhaven Bushwalking Club have continued the work towards his book, and have made it freely available online as a PDF as Little Forest Plateau: A guide for bushwalkers, historians and nature lovers. It is a most beautiful area, and the book contains some really excellent information about some local features to visit if ever in the area.

Thanks very much for the link Lachlan. I was sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Bushwalking in the Budawangs is a wonderful book which I've used on every single walk I've done in the Budawangs.
