Kosciuszko toilet

Postby oyster_07 » Sun 03 Apr, 2016 9:15 am

Does the public toilet at Mt Kosciuszko have water (intended for drinking)?

There are many other sources of water up there, but just wondering.

If I remember right, no water. They supply alcohol wash for hand cleaning.

From a failing memory - I don't think there is drinking water at the toilet in Rawson Pass. There is usually water as you walk up the track to Koscuiszko summit but this would require treating. Given the number of people who visit the area I would treat any water.
