Mt Tootie Access

Does anyone know the current situation with access from the Bell Rd to north of Mt Tootie towards Bowens Ck, Wollangambe and Colo Rivers? The firetrail passes through the Itchenstoke property. Is there public access through the private land or does the landholder allow bushwalkers through? Its been many years since I have been that way.

I searched Mt Tootie Road 4WD and the only thing of relevance that came up was "........SUBW 19-20/2/2011 Plan is to leave most cars on Mt Tootie road & take a 4WD in past Mt Tootie & Little Tootie towards Bowen Hill as far as we get .......".
