Anyone heading to kanangaroo clearing (Kanangra NP) soon?

Howdy folks

I think (hope!) I left a little orange waterproof bag with my car key in it out there yesterday :-( If anyone is heading out there and was willing to recover it for me, it would be much appreciated!

Hi Jonno. I was the guy who gave you a lift back to Katoomba! I just joined the forum so I don't seem to have the capability to send private messages. Did you manage to get your car back?

Thanks again for the lift! Yes I had a spare key at home, in fact my dad decided to go get the car for me so the whole thing worked out nowhere near as painful as it might have been. And have been on contact with Lotsafreshair (above) who will have a look at the area I think it may be - whether she finds it or not, will save my a return trip anyway.

Also - welcome to the forum, no doubt will see you around the place again sometime

Jonno

I went back yesterday and found my bag. I went in and out via Narrowneck. When I got to Kanangaroo and found my bag, I was so happy that I briefly considered continuing on over the 3 peaks, but then I remembered I had started at the locked gate, not katoomba train station, so it wouldn't count ;-)
