Does anyone have advice on a route to summit Shrouded Gods Mountain in the Budawangs?

Cheers,

Rasmus

Do you have Ron Doughton's book? That has the best description of the route I can think of. Has been on my "to do" list for a while but still haven't gotten up there... From what I can gather, getting up is straightforward enough, but once on top is a scrub bash to the views at the northern end? Others might be able to shed more light though.

There is a route from Monolith Valley up the very obvious gully that heads east. It is a bit of a rocky scramble in places- but nothing any more difficult than a lot of other routes in the Budawangs. I would have to check the map to find a grid reference. When I traversed it from south to north (10 years ago) the going on top was not too bad.
