You might have to spread them around a bit, but you should manage if there aren't too many treefalls.

There is a large clear area on the Grey Hills south of Mt. Arthur with a good view of the start of Big River coming off Spione Kopje. It has a small slope but enough room to work something out. No water on the Grey Hills. Any particular reason for camping on top of Mt. Arthur? Bogong Creek Saddle is a better option. You might get 6 tents there without blocking the road (which is rarely used anyway). Also the helipad nearby which again is rarely used.

There might still be some snow up there. We are going up Mt. Bogong this weekend and will take the full caboodle for snow trekking and snow camping.

I was up on Mt. Arthur recently. There is a grassy flat area on the top , heading towards the start of the descent down to the Old Helipad at Bogong Creek Saddle. There is NO WATER up there on the Grey Hills. The Old Helipad near the Quartz Ridge track intentions books is flat , grassy and has good, cold ,clear running water nearby. It gets a tick for campsites from me.
