Active waterfalls - Springbrook & Lamington (Bina Burra)

Postby gbagua » Thu 16 Oct, 2014 5:37 pm

Hiya,

Can anyone give me an update about which waterfalls are still "active" this time of the year in the Springbrook NP - Plateau & Lamington NP - Bina Burra sections?

I don't want to go for a drive to the Twin Falls or the Gwongoorool Pool and finding them "dry."

Thanks a bunch! :)

Check out the last post in this thread... viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2427&start=60

Seems like at least the falls on Toolona Creek and Coomera Falls circuits are still kicking butt

All the waterfalls / cascades on the coomera circuit at binna burra were flowing nicely on the weekend. The water levels weren't very high but there was enough to make it picturesque and keep everything pleasantly cool.

Keen to know, how were the falls? Considering heading up that way this weekend if the falls are still alive
