Parsons Falls LOST ballhead

Hi there. Today I had a very sad day, as I lost the ballhead of my tripod en route to Parsons Falls. If you happen to be going there and find it, you have NO IDEA how much I would appreciate it if you let me know.
We went to the top of the falls (from upstream), and I explored a little to the right (north of the stream), but decided the best route to the base was to cross the stream and go down that (left / southern) side. At the base, I got out my gear to take photos, and only the legs and feet of my tripod were present.
I insisted on long exposure shots anyway, as CPL and GND filters were needed to cut the glare. Trouble was, they now had to be hand held (and breath held) shots,of 1-5 seconds long. Below is one such. If you find my head, please let me know. I am in mourning.
