Hi everyone,

Finally got around to writing up our latest trip.

As always the Victorian Alps were stunning.

A challenging trip due to injury.

The 30km limp out was tough.

Would it be worthwhile strapping the ankle prior to starting the walk??

We are investing in an ankle support.

We will see how it goes.

Shell is a difficult girl to convince to have a proper rest.....
