Have you ever wondered what that animal was you saw? Want to know the animals in your area or anywhere else in Australia? The ABC as part of National Science Week combined with a whole bunch of Australian departments. Are enlisting people to register online to discern images of animals caught by cameras. Sort of an animal census really.
With the help of a listed menu. You do a quick dummy run through to get the hang of it. Then you can pick an area which is local to you or anywhere in Oz.
You do get listed for a prize for every 10 animals identified. But really this is about people power helping researchers.
Just click on the below link and give it a go!
