World wetlands day

Postby walkinTas » Sat 02 Feb, 2008 12:06 pm

Today is World Wetlands Day. You can read more at the Ramsar Site and the Department of Environment Site. You can read more about Tassie wetlands at the Parks and Wildlife Site.

The DOE site has this list of Ramsar wetlands in Australia, including Tasmanian wetlands. Might be helpful for those members looking for inspiration for a certain forum competition. :D
