Bummer... I just bought both those pots and a Kovea burner. Two weeks too late. :-(

But I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy these ones! :-)

sweet how have you found the 2gt for room? The 3gt was great on the track. Heaps of room for us and the packs. I would be interested in putting them side by side and comparing them for size and weight. Did you get the foot print for it?

So far so good for room. Will require some adjustment from teh Sierra Leone, quite a different layout. Didn't get a footprint.

I know its a bit off topic but did you use the Primus fuel bottle with the MSR stove? I know the Primus/Optimus bottles are compatible with each other but thought MSR was not compatible with Primus/Optimus. Nothing to do with thread sizes but more to do with the flat/rounded rubber washers not sealing the connection. Anyone else had any experience with this?

Yes the Primus bottle has the same thread as the msr bottle so they work together.

You can never have enough gear. What if you loose the other 6 pots you have then where would you be.
