St James Walkway NZ - missing part of GPX plot

Wed 28 Nov, 2018 2:39 pm

A small group of us have just completed the St James Walkway. It was ideal weather for walking and essentially people free. Typical for our walks it is my responsibility to record the track on my GPS. Equally typical is that there will be one day that I forget to turn the GPS on at the start of a day.

What I am after is a GPX plot of the Anne Hut to Boyle Flat Hut section.

I realise that the policy is not to divulge such files on the Forum so please PM me if you can help provide.

Cheers John

It is mapped in OSM .. so publicly avalible...

Part of Te Araroa South Island GPX avalible here ...

That gets you the whole thing.. you'll need to edit out the bits you don't want.

Which rule do you think is saying that? If you're thinking of Rule 24, that is for "sensitive areas without recognised tracks" which isn't a good description of the St James (and a section of the TA, to boot !)
