Round the Mountain. Shuttle options Waitonga Falls Cark Park

Considering doing most of the round the mountain (clockwise) in a few months.

Due to limited time I planning to finish at Waitonga Falls Cark Park on the Ohakune Mountain Road and then hopefully take a morning shuttle to Ohakune. (then bus to Auckland from there)

Having a tough time finding shuttle companies that service this route out of the ski season.

Anyone know of any?

If I can’t do that any suggestions for early exit points that have convenient transport links to either National Parks or Ohakune? Im trying to limit the walk to 3-4 days.

I've never been aware of any shuttles between Ohakune and Turoa. There is always some traffic though and when i haven't had a hire car, i've hitched.
I have however, utilised a service in Ohakune which takes you up to Turoa to ride a bike for the seventeen kilometres back to town.
Look them up, they might be talked into some arrangement. Probably not an option if you're tight on money.
