Crossing the Coxs River

Me and a group of friends are planning this trip and we would like to know how to cross the Coxs River we assume that the Bowtells Bridge is still closed and are wondering what are alternative ways to cross the river so we can pack accordingly.

I've crossed many times under the bridge just be jumping the rocks. If you are not comfortable doing that you can go down stream and cross at the reserve. That is the original track and also were the race crosses if the water is not too high. Might be a bit more than knee deep. Not sure what else you would need to pack. Water shoes if you like but I have never bothered.
