Hi all,

We are hoping to start our hike at Rumpoff saddle next week (hiking north). Im wondering if anyone can give any information on the condition of the Jamieson- Licola Road? Is it actually driveable or will the snow/rains have made areas impassable?

Thanks in advance.

Everybody will find out once the gates opens on the 28th. Currently the only access to the road is via the Victorian 4wd club mentioned above or the local council, possibly their forum may have some recent information.

Thanks. We have spoken to the 4WD club. They were not able to tell us much.
Looks like we might be walking from the Mansfield shire boundary into Rumpoff Saddle.... only an extra 17kms!
