Such a nice evening I went for a drive up the hill behind us to look over my beloved southwest.

Cheers guys! Yup taken from Bermuda road. When I get the wanderlust I usually go up there and gaze over Mt Anne and Picton! Amazing to get such a good view of the SW from so close to home!

Wandered up there yesterday, the views over Weld Ridge are awesome....but the forestryactivity is astounding! :shock:

Yeah, I think I've got about a fair bit, especially in the South but you take a drive like that and it's like being hit all over again, I'd seen that activity but not from that perspective!

I went up your road today ILUVSWTAS. Found your post and pics during the week while looking through the back catalog of gallery posts. WOW what a view. This is my new favorite road. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks mate, it's nice to be able to see such a special part of the world from the comfort of the car at distance. The trees have grown up quite a bit since I took these shots however!
