Snow @ Mt Field

Postby sthughes » Tue 19 Jul, 2011 5:29 pm

Well the so called "Strollers" took a trip to Mt Field on the weekend for a bit of snow shoe action, and the weather gods certainly did their best to impress. We basically walked from the carpark to Lake Newdegate via K Col and The Watcher, then back out via Tarn Shelf. It was a nice easy weekend with great views and a very cool Saturday night!
All of these images are chopped off on the right hand side, but too bad I can't be bothered resizing them again!

Nice pics Simon, not a bad playground less than an hour from our capital city!

Love the shot looking down onto K-Col.
