I'm planning on being in the area around same time staying on the south side and exploring tracks I haven't been on in a while

Welcome to this amazing part of Victoria, it offers some spectacular bushwalking opportunities. I look forward to hearing about your adventures too!

My friend had to pull out sick, unfortunately. That wasn't too much of a problem though, because even in this age where outdoor activities are a dying interest among younger people, I have another friend to accompany me, also a keen bushwalker. We've moved it forward a day, so I'll be setting off tomorrow morning.
