My issue is I can't find a reasonable range of dehydrated vege's to buy. Mash potato, peas and mushrooms seems to be the limit at my local supermarkets. Can you buy a greater variety of veges, and if so where?
OH, and at the moment have not the space, time or inclination to DIY with a dehydrator.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hey corvus, it's pretty handy at Fourways Devonport! I think it's called Help Yourself Wholefoods in Oldaker St.

Also Chinese food shops have a good variety of dried veggies but they may contain sulphur

I really like Strive Foods stuff, but seriously... Why do they add sugar to dried vegetables? Surely this is one thing that's expected to be healthy and they add one of the most unhealthy foodstuffs known to man. So unnecessary! Disappointed.
