A fine bag in its day
Would you be willing to post to Victoria Chris?
I have a grandson who sleeps colder than average who would just fit into that bag and I'm happy to wash it and Nikwax for him

Many thanx Chris but it arrived today and far too good to give to a tadpole; kids are very hard on sleeping gear and also it feels far too warm; it's really a winter bag and not the model I thought it was [ which was sewn though but same shape] thanx again

GONE Old style canvas tent [ GONE]
Time to clear the back yard, I've offered this to Evan from TerraRosa but he probably won't take it
It's the 8 * * wall tent I used at Pretty Valley and the walls need replacing but the HD canvas roof is fine
Needs a couple or spur tooth grommets replacing
I would suggest replacing one or more walls with shadecloth and using as a semi-permanent shelter at the beach side
Pick-up only of course due to the weight and bulk
Will come with most of the poles/pegs and plenty of guy rope
It is in Norlane Geelong

Gone to the tip except for the roof which I intend to repurpose now
No longer available

Black Diamond Megamid
Repaired a couple of times, reproofed twice, at the end of it's life
Free to good home if it of use to anybody for a kids play tipi in the back yard
No pole as it's bent and broken
Could be cut up for a pattern
About $15 to post anywhere in a satchel

Thanks. I will pass for now as i might try to reseal my current tunnel tent. A lot heavier than a mid but a better bet with kids i think. Did your resealing last long?

Having cut down the bag I received from Chris as a Tadpoles bag, I have some down left over in the hood section
Available to any body who wants to pay postage or collect
Has been washed , dried and treated with Nikwax. I passed on my small amount of 800 loft down to The Boss for her new vest and I already have far too much down gear; so if you want it message me
Just a few ounces and about 550/600 fill power

We have finished the house cladding and there are lots of scraps of the Ultra heavy duty foil left over
Suitable for lining cosies, will fold to fit in a foolscap envelope
Pick-up anytime here or I'm happy to post out
This is good stuff [ it should be at $300- a roll] and almost stiff enough for windscreens, would work for that with a couple of tent pegs

Is it the padded type stuff or a stiff foil?

Anybody interested in my old big red tipi?
I haven't finished repairing the peak yet but I'll provide that part
Floor has been cut out already
No pole or pegs naturally
No longer interested in playing with it but it would make a good kids play tent
Basically a strong enough structure but the Geodome is better for my needs

These cylinders were left behind by mainlanders who didn't want to go to the trouble of taking them back home.
Available to anyone who is interested. Launceston/Northern Tas area.

Im not interested in them Chris but where did you find them? Or perhaps they were friends who couldn't take them back on the plane or boat for obvious reasons.....which Im thinking is not going to be the case.

Didn't actually find them Dan :D
The were left behind with friends of mine (not forum members) by house guests who had brought them over in a caravan on the Spirit. Had to go through the formalities of handing them over before boarding in Melbourne and retrieving them in Devonport, and apparently didn't want the bother of doing that again on the way home. They look rather too big to me for walking, but with any luck someone will find them useful for something.

Hi moondog, I need to craft a windshield for my wee butane stove and billy. Sounds like your foil is just the thing. Can I pop a few dollars your way for postage to 2478 please? If you still have some that is. Many thanks. Nadine

Hey moondog, sorry to hear about your hand! 15cm isn't quite tall enough for what we need as we often use the double canister rather than taking two sml ones, for weight reasons. Thanks so much anyway and take care of that hand. Nadine
